Within the Rückle Group, Vario-Fertigungstechnik GmbH is a highly flexible and qualified manufacturing company active in subcontracting machine and special machine engineering. It focuses on milling, turning, boring and grinding. Vario-Fertigungstechnik GmbH has been a part of the Rückle Group since 2004 and is now a well-established contact for small and medium-sized lots. The company only produces tested components, which, on request, can also be supplied with measuring reports.ile.
Shorter and shorter product cycles and a constant increase in quality requirements call for dependable results even as early as the development stage. This has led to the creation of the so-called Finite Element Method (FEM) – a numerical analysis process with which the respective stresses made on a component under pressure conditions can be determined with a very high rate of accuracy. This has proved itself to be an efficient simulation and optimisation tool in the development process. The engineers at Rückle Group are specialists in FEM calculations and make use of the latest hardware and software tools to offer support to customers in optimizing their products – from the first draught right through to serial production.

Engineering
The collective experience of decades of success for customers all over the world has encouraged Rückle Werkzeugfabrik, Maschinenfabrik Eimeldingen and HEADTec to adapt their engineering perfectly to the requirements of their customers. There are now more than a dozen highly qualified engineers, technicians and designers on hand to offer customer support and advice in all areas of construction and development. In close collaboration with universities and technical colleges modern simulation tools are used to continually improve and optimize the control technology for the mechatronic drive concepts of Rückle rotary tables and linear axes.
